The MYStartup Pre-Accelerator Programme is a programme run by Cradle and Beyond4, with BlackStorm Consulting as a supporting partner
This programme is designed to help early-stage startups by offering guidance, masterclasses, mentorship and access to market and funding

September 27, 2022: Malaysian startup builders BEYOND4 and Cradle have selected the top 15 startups from a pool of 35 for the Demo Day of their pre-accelerator programme, MYStartup Pre-Accelerator.

Blackstorm Consulting’s Managing Partners, 陳立涵 and Jeslin Bay, were invited from day 1 and were instrumental in supporting the development of the programme. Our consultants, Leong Joon Teng, Peter Ho, and Karl Baldry, provided mentorship and structure to the startups involved.

The Demo Day was a hybrid event involving local and international investors and VCs, who were present to identify startups that suited their investment portfolios. Rubaneswaran Thevasenabathy, CEO of Beyond 4, welcomed the crowd and gave the opening speech. He shared how the programme went from selecting 100 startups to handpicking 35 and ranking the 15 finalists for demo day, where we witnessed a remarkable battle of pitches.

The demo day included two sessions of pitching—one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each startup had 5 minutes to pitch, followed by questions from the judges. Below is the list of the Top 15 finalists:
