We are excited to welcome Mr. Sathis Manoharen as the newest Strategic Advisor to join the BlackStorm Consulting team.
Sathis brings with him over 20 years of invaluable experience driving business growth, operations, and strategy for leading organisations in the aviation, oil & gas, private equity, and retail sectors. Sathis is currently serving as the VP of Group Strategy and Corporate Finance at MR. DIY, a leading public listed retail company, where he spearheads international expansion efforts and leads the M&A bolt-on opportunities for MR. DIY.
His previous roles also include Director of Post Deal/ Value Creation team in Creador, where he was seconded to portfolio companies across the region to execute projects in order to drive growth. He was also the Regional Head of Cargo at AirAsia and AirAsia X, responsible for steering the cargo team in clinching multiple prestigious honours.
His other diverse experience ranges from being appointed as the Regional Head of Operations for Philippines and Indonesia for MyTeksi (now known as Grab), experience in Accenture as a management consultant, as well as working in ConocoPhillips, where he obtained his Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
In his role as Strategic Advisor, Sathis will leverage his diverse background, network, and deep regional insights to help chart BlackStorm’s expansion across Southeast Asia. He will play a key role in advising on business development, scouting new opportunities, and sharing strategic perspectives from his accomplished career.
