- Throughout the first two weeks of July, professors and educators from the Innovation College University Korea (ICK) Association, a coalition encompassing numerous Korean universities and colleges, embarked on a two-part educational visit to Singapore, organized by the Korea Productivity Center (KPC).
July 2 & 9, 2024: During both sessions, the attendees were provided with an extensive overview of Singapore’s educational landscape, focusing on Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education & Training (CET) under the SkillsFuture Singapore initiative. These discussions aimed to showcase the robustness of Singapore’s approach to education, emphasizing continuous learning and skills enhancement.

Highlighting the events was Doris De Souza from STARTUPSTORM, who delivered a compelling presentation on the intricacies of Singapore’s education system and its lifelong learning initiatives.

The workshops were held at Staytion @ Dhoby Ghaut, a venue praised for its excellent facilities and service which significantly contributed to the success of these sessions. The conducive environment provided by Staytion @ Dhoby Ghaut facilitated engaging and productive discussions among the participants and hosts alike.
