- Korean delegates explored Singapore’s Institute of Adult Learning to better understand Singapore’s upskilling system. The event aimed to provide delegates with some insights into the continuous learning and collaboration activities in Singapore.
December 13, 2023: Korean delegates visited Singapore’s Institute of Adult Learning to explore its industry programmes and initiatives.

The representative of the institute introduced the inlab’s innovSeries Programme and some SkillsFuture-supported initiatives. innovSeries comprises three competitive innovation grant initiatives: innovSpur, innovPlus, and innovJam; two knowledge awareness platforms – innovLogue and innovBite; and a capability development initiative specifically for Training Providers and Enterprises with Learning & Development (L&D) units – innovDev.

This event aimed to provide delegates with foundational knowledge on how initiatives like inlab help adult learners with career growth opportunities through continuous learning. The Institute collaborates with diverse organisations and stakeholders to catalyse learning innovation in Singapore’s Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector.
